It is an interpersonal skills training that has been specially designed for the managers. A researched showed that many newly recruited managers failed in interpersonal skills. This in the long run is a hindrance to their leadership quality and does not help them to reach the high ladders in their careers. This training program will help to improve their effectiveness through versatility. The training program uses flexible teaching materials, social style profiles and self study guides to improve the skills of the managers.
